One of the best things about summertime is being able to travel non-stop. Ever since Full Figured Fashion Week, I’ve been up and down the east coast visiting (and celebrating with) some of my favorite people, eating some amazing food and just enjoying life. I’m slowly trying to get back into blogging and taking outfit photos.

Although the season is coming to an end, the heat and humidity is unrelenting, therefore I’ve been wearing rather simplistic outfits as of late. This outfit in particular actually reminds me of something Amelia Pontes would wear. When I first met her during the YFF Conference, she was wearing this black maxi skirt from H&M and I was insanely jealous as I was still searching for my perfect one. I found this one from Torrid and it has not left my body ever since. Pair it with slouchy t-shirt and it’s like heaven! I wore them with my combat boots that I bought from Hayley (which also haven’t left my feet since July) and arms and fingers full of metal hardware. It’s nothing too fancy but its amazingly comfortable and perfect for the season.
