Although October is halfway over, I couldn’t pass up a chance to put together most of the items that I have my eye on. One of hardest things for me to resist every Fall is the influx of cute jackets and coats. Every year, without a doubt, I purchase at least 3 or 4 new ones (just last night, I bough the cutest leather cape!).
For the first time, I’m on the hunt for the perfect pair of trousers! It’s well-known that I’m not much of a pants-wearer. I own them but they hardly get much wear these days, however I did re-discover a pair of gray treggings from Evans that I’m love with again. Besides that, here are some of the things I need in my closet!

In 11 days, I’ll be turning the big 2-5. In order to celebrate that correctly, I’m making a wishlist that I can email to all my friends and family in hopes that they’ll make my wishes come true. In reality, they’ll probably hit the ‘report spam’ button and continue on with their day. These are the items currently atop my May wishlist. The majority of them come from ASOS – the main range, the men’s range and ASOS Curve. They really have been taking my money lately!

Since its debut last May, I was never amazed by the offerings of Faith21. Every now and then, there would be a piece that I thought was cute but never one that I thought was really me. That changed earlier this week when they decided to add a bit of edge to the range with the addition of mesh, lace and leather(ette) pieces. As someone who despises Spring ranges for their cliched overuse of florals, I am happy that there’s more diversity in the collection this year. Judging by how fast the leatherette skirt sold out, a lot of people seem to love the new pieces as well. If you missed out on it, your best bet is checking in-store as Faith21 rarely, if ever, restocks styles.
These are the current pieces from the collection that need to magically appear in my closet! What do you all think of the new Faith21 pieces?

As Spring gets closer and closer, retailers are starting to release their Spring lookbooks and campaigns. Recently Forever 21/Faith 21 released images from their upcoming collection and they make me excited for Spring. More so than the actual clothes, I love the photos. They are fun and carefree. They remind me of the best parts of Spring – hanging out with friends and the arrival of the carnival!
Fashion-wise, I don’t love everything as I’m not a floral type of girl but what Forever 21/Faith 21 does really well is tanks/tees. They are perfectly thin and semi-sheer to provide enough ventilation when its hot but they hold up really well. The only things that I really like are the two black and white cardigans and I’m oddly attracted to the multicolored dress as well. I have to say, I love that the main Forever 21 range and Faith 21 lookbooks were combined and shot together but I’m disappointed in the styling for Faith 21. Then again, the styling on this shoot was a bit hit-or-miss overall so that could be the reason.
What do you think about the lookbook? I’m tempted to head over to my local Faith 21 to see some of these pieces in person. I may even do a small review!
